We are an aqua aerobics group with small, friendly and fun classes. 

They are held twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday 11.00am to 12.00 noon. Our group members are mixed, of a variety of ages and abilities and we exercise in a non-competitive manner.

We would love to welcome new members and offer a first trial session free. The cost is £25 per month paid by standing order.
